Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Engage in meaningful conversations and social interactions
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Follow care plans and instructions provided by the agency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
